Confetti Crab Dip

    2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    4 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (12-ounce) bottle Heinz cocktail sauce
    1 pound lump crabmeat, picked through to remove any pieces of shell
    8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    ½ cup chopped green onions
    2 small bell peppers (red, green, yellow, or a combination), seeded and chopped
    Unsalted wafers or crackers, for serving


    • Combine cream cheese, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and garlic in a medium bowl.
       Spread out on a large serving dish into a 12- to 16-inch circle.

    • Pour cocktail sauce over cream cheese mixture. Top with crabmeat. Sprinkle mozzarella over crabmeat.

    • Combine tomatoes, green onions, and peppers in a small bowl. Sprinkle over mozzarella.

    • Serve with wafers.

    • Makes 12 to 16 servings
